By accessing or using the Click 4 Coverage website (click-4-coverage.com), requesting a quote, or purchasing coverage through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional terms referenced here. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or our services.

2. Nature of Our Services

Click 4 Coverage sells Vehicle Service Contracts. A Vehicle Service Contract is not a manufacturer warranty and is not insurance. Coverage is administered by the third-party administrator and backed by the obligor named in your Service Contract. The specific terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions governing your coverage are set out in the Service Contract you receive at purchase.

3. No Legal or Financial Advice

Information on this website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for evaluating whether a particular coverage option is appropriate for your needs and circumstances.

4. Accuracy of Information You Provide

You agree that all information you submit when requesting a quote or purchasing coverage is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Your eligibility for certain products and pricing may depend on the accuracy of the information you provide.

5. Website Use and Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use automated tools to scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the site. We may suspend or restrict access if we detect misuse or suspicious activity.

Our total liability in connection with any claim will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific coverage at issue, if any.

10. Waiting Period

Every Service Contract purchased through this website is subject to a 30-day waiting period. Your contract is issued when checkout is complete, and coverage becomes effective 30 calendar days after the purchase date. Repairs, breakdowns, or failures that occur or are reported before the effective date are not covered. Your coverage start date is shown at checkout, in your confirmation email, and in your customer portal. Where the Service Contract you receive states a different effective date or waiting period, the Service Contract controls. A cancellation requested during the waiting period is refunded in full.

11. Payment Plans

We offer three ways to pay: pay in full at checkout; our buy-down plan, which charges part of the price today and the balance in 6 monthly payments; or financing through PayLink with terms of 6, 12, or 18 months and a down payment of 5% to 20%.

If you choose the buy-down plan, the card you provide at checkout is charged the initial payment that day and the monthly amount shown at checkout on the 1st of each month for 6 months, beginning next month. Cancelling your coverage from your portal stops future charges for that contract. If two vehicles share one buy-down plan, the plan continues for the remaining vehicle. If you choose financing, PayLink provides your installment agreement and bills the installments. Your PayLink installment agreement is separate from your Service Contract; after a cancellation, contact support about any remaining installments.

12. State-Specific Provisions

Your Service Contract contains any provisions required by the state in which it was sold. Where this page and your Service Contract differ, your Service Contract controls.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, products, or applicable laws. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
